500gtin tomato soup

¼ cupred wine

½ cupwater

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180℃.

Bolognese
Step 2
Heat oil in fry pan. Fry mince until brown.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes.
White Sauce
Step 4
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Step 5
Add flour and stir until combined.
Step 6
Slowly add milk while whisking to combine; cook and stir until thickened.
Assembly
Step 7
Lightly grease trays and spoon in a little liquid from meat sauce
Step 8
Pasta, ¼ meat sauce, mozzarella
Pasta, ¼ meat sauce, ½ white sauce
Pasta, ¼ meat sauce, mozzarella
Pasta, ¼ meat sauce, ½ white sauce, grated tasty cheese and parmesan
Step 9
Bake in moderate oven 45 minutes.
