Spanish Quinoa Instant Pot
Since almost fits in 11 cup pirex going with 10 servings, 1 cup each.
Got from Magazine clipping ( says 2 servings)
I always double ( 4 servings), so I'm using 1 onion.
I use sweet or bell pepper.
Use canned diced Chile peppers

Instructions
Step 1
Set Instant pot to saute and heat
Step 2
Saute first 10 ingredients for 5 minutes stirring frequently.
Step 3
Rinse Quinoa and add
Step 4
Add water, stir
Step 5
Put lid on, set on multigrain and cook for 10 minutes
Step 6
Let stand for natural pressure release, at least 10 minutes
