Step 1
Take the chicken breasts and trim off any fat as it won't render in the crockpot. Put them in the crockpot with 1 cup of water. Set on low for 8 hours or high for 2-4 hours. Once the time is over, the chicken should shred (similar to pulled pork). Drain any excess water, then add the salad dressing. Let the chicken and salad dressing cook on low for 30 minutes to 1 hour. When done, put the shredded chicken on buns, over mashed potatoes, or over rice. Drizzle any liquid over your finished dish.
