Instructions
Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine garlic and water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Step 2
With a slotted spoon, transfer the garlic and 2 Tablespoons of the cooking liquid to a blender or food processor. Add the ricotta and yogurt; puree.
Step 3
Transfer to a bowl; stir in the chives, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Stir again before serving.
