Instructions

Step 1
Start boiling water to cook your pasta. Add a pinch of salt.

Add 1 serving of angel hair pasta and cook for 3 minutes.

Cook 2 strips of bacon and set aside.

On medium heat - add 5 Tbsp of vegetable oil to a pan. Leave it until it starts sizzling.

While oil is heating up - make your sauce. Add 3 Tbsp of chili oil, 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of vinegar and 1/2 Tbsp of minced garlic to a bowl and mix.

Step 6
Chop a handful of green onions and add that into the chili oil bowl as well. Save 1/2 of the green onions for later.

Drain pasta water. Add hot oil to the chili oil mixture. Then pour the sauce over the pasta. Toss in bacon. Mix well.

Fry an egg for topping.

Top off with the fried egg and sprinkle green onions on top before serving.
