Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2
Slice chicken breasts into 8 or 9 tenders.



Step 3
Half tomatoes and mince garlic cloves.


Step 4
Trim asparagus.

Step 5
Mix all ingredients in a gallon-sized ziploc bag until the chicken is well coated in the oil/balsamic mixture.

Step 6
Pour on a lined baking sheet and spread everything out into an even layer. Remove the asparagus from the tray and save it for a later step.


Step 7
Bake for 30 minutes. At the 15 minute mark, add the asparagus to the tray and allow it to bake with the chicken for the remaining 15 minutes. (Alternatively, you could cook the chicken all the way and then cook the asparagus afterwards).

Step 8
Serve hot and enjoy!
