This recipe comes out every year at "January Detox" time and then sticks around for a few more months as its a great whole food snack ! Amazingly easy to make. Delicious eaten like a cracker with butter, cheese or a drizzle of honey. Originally a recipe by my old Naturopath Dr. Matson in Vancouver, BC
