Yvie's Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
7 steps
Prep:15minCook:10min
These are chewy buttery-tasting cookies. For a flavorful boost, add a teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the dry ingredients. If you have no chocolate chips, these are excellent oatmeal cookies. If you have no oatmeal or don't want to use oatmeal, increase your flour to 2 1/4 c and prepare as directed.
Feel free to change up amounts of brown and white sugar but keep the total sugar content to 1 1/2 cups.
