Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. In a medium sized bowl, mix the flours, baking soda and salt together. Almond flour tends to clump a bit so make sure to get the clumps out while mixing. This is easiest to do with a wisk.

3. In a large bowl or a stand mixer, add the brown sugar, vanilla extract, 1/2 c of vegan butter and beat together until creamy

4. Slowly add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients while mixing. Once everything is well combined
Step 5
5. Take about 2 TBSP of dough per cookie and toll into balls and place them about 3 inches apart. Flatten a bit to make small discs. Bake for 8 minutes. They will still be gooey when you pull them out. Allow to sit on the cookie sheet for a few minutes to cool down.
Step 6
6. Combine the 1 tbsp. butter, tahini, maple syrup, vanilla extract & sea salt well then add in the melted butter and mix again. Drizzle onto cookies once they’ve cooled
