Ingredients

For the dough
21gfresh yeast
7 g if using dry yeast
3 Tbspsugar
salt
1 tspvanilla extract
optional
160mlplant milk
oat milk, soy milk etc
4 ELvegetable oil
320gall purpose flour
Filling
Instructions
Step 1
For the dough mix all ingredients except the flour. Add the flour and knead for 8-10 minutes until you have very smooth dough. Let it rest for 1 hour until it has doubled in size.
Step 2
Melt chocolate and mix with the other ingredients for the filling.
Step 3
On a well floured surface roll the dough into a rectangle. Spread with the chocolate filling and roll it into a sausage from the longer side. Cut in half and carefully form a knot.
Step 4
Place in a floured baking pan and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 32-38 minutes. Finally brush with a little maple syrup and let it cool completely.
