Instructions
Step 1
Melt shortening, sugar, and salt in hot water.
Step 2
Add yeast, allow to bubble and foam.
Step 3
Slowly add flour and knead to combine.
Step 4
Cover with a clean towel. Let rise for 1 hr.
Step 5
Manipulate into shape needed. Makes enough for 2 loaves of bread.
Step 6
Let rise for 1 hr.
Step 7
Preheat oven to 400⁰F.
Step 8
2 loaves take 20 mins.
Pepperoni rolls take 15-20 mins.
