Nourishing Overnight Oats
I recently became obsessed with overnight oats when I learned that because of the soaking overnight that they are much easier to digest 🙌🏻

Instructions
Step 1
Blend water, coconut milk, date, hemp seeds, vanilla and cinnamon together.
Step 2
Set aside two jars and place 1 cup of oats and 1 tbs of chia seeds in each jar.
Step 3
Next pour in 1 cup of your milk mixture into each jar.
Step 4
Shake and refrigerate overnight!
