Can replace BBQ with Hoisin
Can replace Honey with Maple Syrup
Step 2
Cut pork into slices thick enough that they won't fall through the grill grates.

Mix marinade ingredients and coat pork. Let marinate for a few hours to overnight. Or, can put in freezer.
