No time for lunch? Try this quick lunchtime meal of chicken, black bean and avocado salad.

If you don’t have time to cook the chicken, you can purchase pre-bought chicken, a mixed salad, a can of beans and either an avocado, hummus or some mayo 👍

Chop up:

🔹spinach, parsley, avocado (you can use frozen), tomatoes, cucumber and celery
🔹wash the black beans
🔹add your chicken and a splash of lemon juice
.

This has a good mix of protein, fats and carbs. I don’t exclude any macros from meals. I work with a balanced diet to fuel our bodies.
