Ingredients
8 servings
1 x 15 ozcan low sodium chickpeas
rinsed and dried
¼ cuppeanut butter
¼ cupbrown sugar
½ tspsalt
½ tspbaking soda
1 tspbaking powder
¼ tspcinnamon
2 tspvanilla
¼ cupraisins
¼ cupchopped walnuts
½ cuprolled oats
1 Tbspmilk
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and dry chickpeas
Step 2
In a food processor, mix all ingredients except for chocolate chips until smooth.
Step 3
Stir in chocolate chips. Smooth dough into a greased 6 inch cake pan. Bake for 45-60 minutes.
