Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 200 degrees and line a tray with baking paper
Step 2
Steam or boil the veggies for a few mins, take out and rinse under cold water. Chop up well and mix in a bowl with all of the other ingredients
Step 3
Add more egg or breadcrumbs if needed
Step 4
Roll into balls/tots and bake in oven for 15 mins
