Crispy Broccoli Fries

Say “YUM” if you would eat these Crispy Broccoli Fries 😋🥦🍟 What you need: 12 oz broccoli florets 1 cup cheddar 1/2 cup Parmesan 2 eggs Seasonings of your choice How to make them: 1. Steam your broccoli, chop finely and squeeze out the moisture with a cheesecloth. 2. Mix with the cheddar, Parmesan, eggs and the seasonings. 3. Add 30 piles of the mixture to a parchment lined baking sheet & shape into fries. 4. Bake for 20 minutes @ 400F turning halfway. Take them out & enjoy. This crunchy and delicious side dish is so yummy and easy to make! If you try it let me know what you think 👌
