Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line sheet pan with aluminum foil. Spray foil with cooking spray.

Step 2
Remove all fat and skin from chicken and place on pan.
Step 3
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cook chicken for 25 minutes.
Step 5
Remove chicken from oven. Flip legs over and and brush with barbecue sauce.
Step 6
Return to oven and continue cooking for 10-15 minutes or until done.
Step 7
Remove from oven and add more barbecue sauce if desired.
