I ground my hamburger meat up set aside then I put in a skill one teaspoon of olive oil I put my mushrooms and zucchini and the skillet and letting them cook down some while they are cooking I go ahead and mix my soup together I add just a tablet of extra water to it then I add my hamburger meat after they're soft then I add all of it into my soup letting it boil just for a a minute then I add my alfalfa sprouts and whisk it together this will cause it to get a little thicker don't cook them too long your alfalfa sprouts will not taste right pour it into a bowl and you have dinner

If you cook your meat ahead of time I meal prep it's only about a 15 minute dinner
