Capers, Parsley and Lemon Sauce.
The sauce extremely rich in antioxidants with a slight diuretic effect.
It can be used with salad, cereals (rice, barley, pasta) or poultry and fish.

Instructions
Step 1
Put all the ingredients in the Thermomix bowl (capers, parsley, lemon juice and garlic) and mix for 20 sec. Speed 6-8.
Step 2
Add olive oil and mix 10 sec. Speed 4.
Step 3
Place the sauce in a bowl and cover it with olive oil. Storage in the fridge.
