Instructions
Step 1
Chop up zucchini and onion- sauté in a pan with olive oil and garlic- season with salt and pepper, and Italian seasoning
Step 2
While that’s cooking, chop carrot and add that with ground beef- season again
Step 3
When beef is mostly cooked, add can of tomatoes and tomato sauce- season again and add sugar and simmer
Step 4
Serve with pasta of choice
