A moist Biscoff sponge, filled with melted Biscoff spread, topped with Biscoff buttercream icing 🙌
It’s called a poke cake because you poke holes in the cake then fill them, so you get these little pockets of Biscoff spread in every slice 🤤 Easy to make and absolutely delicious!

All you need is👇
Biscoff cake:
220g margarine or unsalted butter, softened
120g Biscoff spread
220g caster sugar
4 large eggs, room temp
220g self raising flour
Filling:
100g Biscoff spread, melted
Biscoff buttercream:
160g Unsalted Butter, softened
400g Icing sugar, sifted
160g Biscoff
50ml Milk
Tin size: 8x10”
Bake 170C/150C (fan) 30-40 mins until a toothpick comes out clean
