A moist Biscoff sponge, filled with melted Biscoff spread, topped with Biscoff buttercream icing ๐
Itโs called a poke cake because you poke holes in the cake then fill them, so you get these little pockets of Biscoff spread in every slice ๐คค Easy to make and absolutely delicious!

All you need is๐
Biscoff cake:
220g margarine or unsalted butter, softened
120g Biscoff spread
220g caster sugar
4 large eggs, room temp
220g self raising flour
Filling:
100g Biscoff spread, melted
Biscoff buttercream:
160g Unsalted Butter, softened
400g Icing sugar, sifted
160g Biscoff
50ml Milk
Tin size: 8x10โ
Bake 170C/150C (fan) 30-40 mins until a toothpick comes out clean
