Step 1
Add water and all spices to a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer for at least 10 minutes, up to 30 min for stronger flavor. Turn off heat and add tea. Steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Strain out spices and serve
