Instructions

Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, minced garlic, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and spices. Slowly combine parsley until evenly mixed.
Step 2
Spoon out beef mixture evenly, creating 16 circular meatballs.
Step 3
Next thumb in one cheese cube in the center of each meatball. Sealing the outside so that cheese does not seep through.
Step 4
on medium high heat, cook meatballs in olive oil on each side, for 5-6 minutes, or until cooked all the way through.
Step 5
Reduce heat to a simmer and add in marinara sauce. Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.
