Instructions
Step 1
Put the sliced steak in a bowl.
Step 2
Add salt to season, 1/2 tsp cornflour, 1/2 tsp baking soda and mix together.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, add the oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, remaining cornflour, and a splash of water. Mix together.
Step 4
Fry the steak in a pan until cooked, then add in the egg noodles, sauce mixture and broccol.
Step 5
Combine everything together, and fry for a further 5 minutes until noodles and broccoli are cooked through, then enjoy!
