2 tspbutter vanilla emulsion
Use regular vanilla instead if you don't have this but I highly suggest you grab a bottle
1 Β½ cupAP flour
ΒΌ tspsalt
ΒΎ tspbaking powder

cupstrawberry jam
β
cupwhite chocolate
or white candy melts for a whiter look
1.5 Tbspoil
unflavored, vegetable, canola, or coconut oil
red sprinkle
for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350Β°F
Step 1
Line baking sheet with parchement paper; set it aside.
Step 2
Cream butter & sugars together until smooth & creamy.
Step 3
Whisk in egg, butter vanilla emulsion, & butter flavoring; mix until combined.
Step 4
Mix in flour, baking powder, & salt until flour mixture disappears. (Don't overmix.) Using lg. cookie scoop, scoop out 6 equally sized cookie dough balls.
Step 5
Use the back of a 1T measuring scoop to make an indentation in cookie then fill with about Β½T strawberry jam. Seal edges carefully & gently roll cookie dough into ball. Place on baking sheet; repeat with other cookies.
Step 6
Bake (10 min.); place on a cooling rack to cool down before topping with melted white chocolate/oil mixture. Add sprinkles & enjoy.
Topping
Step 7
Microwave the white chocolate & oil in micro.-safe bowl, stir every 30 sec., then microwave again until fully melted.
