Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.

In a large bowl mix meatball ingredients until well combined. Shape into 1.5 inch balls, count 40. Spread evenly on prepared baking sheets.
Step 3
Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
Step 4
Combine sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking continuously. Reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes while sauce thickens.
Step 5
Toss sauce and meatballs. Serve as you like. Recommended over a cup of white rice (adds ~210 calories)
