Step 1
Preheat the oven for 400F.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, water, garlic and ginger. Whisk together.

In a large bowl add ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg and 4 tbsp of soy sauce mixture. Fold mixture until well combined.
Step 4
Roll chicken mixture into 15 evenly sized meatballs and place on a greased baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Step 6
While meatballs are baking, add remaining soy sauce mixture to a small saucepan. Put over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Set aside.
Step 7
Once meatballs are done, brush with soy sauce mixture and top with green onions if desired. Enjoy!
