Instructions

Step 1
Rinse and wash the glutinous rice till it runs clear and let it soak for 15 mins. Then cook in rice cooker under sweet rice setting
Step 2
Place a piece of Saran wrap (around 8”x9”) on counter top and place a piece of banana leaf on top
Step 3
Scoop some glutinous rice on top of the banana leaf and spread about 1 tsp of sambal chilli on top. Then add 1 tsp of meat floss on top. Then roll the rice roll from one long end to the other. Press it tightly so that the rice sticks together. Twist 2 ends together to close the roll
Step 4
Unroll it to enjoy. Don’t consume the banana leaf - it’s just to give it some flavor. You can store excess in airtight containers but to finish within 3 days
