Instructions

Step 1
1. In a large zip bag, combine shrimp, 3 tablespoons EVO, honey, garlic, jalapenos, lime juice, and lemon juice. Marinate in fridge 15-30 min
Step 2
2. In a large skillet, heat the remaining EVO. Scoop the shrimp out of the marinade, reserving it, and transfer to the skillet.

3. Cook until shrimp are pink about 2 min per side.
Step 4
4. Add the reserved marinade, butter, and pinch of salt and pepper. Cook 1-2 additional minutes
Step 5
5. Remove from heat and stir in cilantro
