Instructions

Step 1
Combine wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl until everything is well incorporated
Step 2
Sift all dry ingredients in a separate mixing bowl and mix well
Step 3
Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and continue mixing until smooth batter forms
Step 4
Line a 9x5 load pan with parchment paper and pour batter in

Gently tap the pan to make sure all batter is evenly distributed
Step 6
Bake at 350°F on middle rack for 1 hour
Step 7
Let cool for 20 minutes in pan then remove and transfer to a cooling rack for another 40 minutes
Step 8
Cut and enjoy
