Instructions
Step 1

Peel and quarter potatoes, boil starting with cold water. 20-25 minutes.
Hard boil eggs (cold water to boil, turn off heat, cover 12 minutes, drain,cool with cold water)
Step 2

Transfer warm potatoes to large mixing bowl, and sprinkle with white vinegar. Toss potatoes with vinegar and set aside to cool.
Step 3

Add celery and green onions. Chop 4 of the hard boiled eggs, and add to potatoes. Slice the last egg for the top.
Step 4

In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, celery seed, s&p.
Step 5

Fold the mayonnaise mixture into the potato mixture.
Step 6

Set last egg on top, sprinkle with paprika.
Chill as long as possible. Enjoy.
