Tangy Casserole Potatoes

Instructions

Step 1
Drain potatoes. Melt butter, add cream cheese.
Step 2
Remove from heat. Beat with wooden spoon until cream cheese is melted and mixture is fairly smooth.
Step 3
Mash potatoes, then mash with butter/cheese mixture.
Step 4
Add sour cream, salt and pepper. Beat until smooth.
Step 5
Spread in 9x13 pan or 2 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika.
Step 6
Cover and refrigerate overnight or until ready to bake. Remove from fridge 15 minutes before baking.
Step 7
Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes until light brown.
