Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
In a bowl whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla.
Step 3
In a small saucepan melt coconut oil with the dark chocolate and the stevia.
Step 4
Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and whisk until combined.
Step 5
Add in dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and soda, and salt), and stir until a smooth cookie batter is achieved.*
Step 6
Cover a baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 7
Scoop tablespoon sized portions of the batter into balls and press down lightly to flatten (makes 16 small cookies).*
Step 8
Bake cookies for 8 minutes until just puffy.
