Step 1
Use a knife to poke six holes into lamb. (If your lamb has netting on it do not remove it) Place whole garlic cloves into those holes. Add seasoning, olive oil, and lemon juice to lamb. Coat well and allow lamb to sit at room temperature for one hour then place onto a foil lined pan add water to the bottom and bake at 375°. Baste every 30 minutes or so for 1 1/2 hours or until temp reaches 140°. Rest 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with the pan drippings and enjoy.
