Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to about 180 degrees.
Step 2
Prepare the chicken breast by washing it and placing it in a baking dish.
Step 3
Make a marinade from the remaining ingredients by mixing curry, oregano, pepper, paprika powder, soy sauce and water in a bowl.
Step 4
Pour the marinade over the chicken breast and make sure that the meat is completely covered with it.
Step 5
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and fry the chicken for about 60 minutes at 355 degrees.
Step 6
After the 60 minutes, raise the oven temperature to 430 degrees and fry the chicken for another 30 minutes to achieve a crispy skin.
