Instructions

Step 1
In a large sauce pan, bring 4 qt of water to a boil.

Add pasta noodles and cook until Al dente according to your brand’s instructions.

Strain and lay on a flat surface.

Warm your leftover sloppy Joe mix slightly so it’s easy to scoop.

Mix the spinach, cheeses, and spices together in a separate bowl.

Scoop about 3 tbsp worth of the cheese mix onto each lasagna noodle. Spread evenly to cover.

Scoop on about 2 tbsp of sloppy Joe mix on top of the cheese. Spread evenly to cover.

Roll the noodles tightly onto themselves.

In a 8x8 pan, add your marinara sauce. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Add your rolls to the pan with an edge facing up.
