Step 1
Start by preheating the oven to 365°F.
Step 2
Place the feta cheese in the center of an ovenproof dish and arrange the cherry tomatoes around it. Then add the garlic, quartered onion, thyme, olive oil (on top of the feta), salt and pepper. Place in the oven for 35 minutes, or until the cherry tomatoes burst and the feta melts.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Set aside some of the cooking water (200ml) in case you want to make the sauce longer. Drain and set aside.
Step 4
Remove the dish from the oven and blend, removing the thyme leaves from the sprigs.
Step 5
Place the pasta in a dish and add the sauce. Mix and adjust the consistency with the pasta cooking water according to your preference.
Step 6
Your meal is ready! Add fresh herbs to taste. We've chosen oregano and thyme, but feel free to use your own favorite herbs. Serve hot, and bon appétit!
