Instructions

Step 1
. In a saucepan, melt one stick of butter on medium low. Add sugar, milk, cocoa powder, and peanut butter. Bring mixture to a boil.
Step 2
Remove from heat. Add nuts and vanilla extract. Stir to combine. Then add oatmeal. Mix well.
Step 3
3. With the help of a large spoon or an ice cream scooper, scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax or parchment paper.
Step 4
4. Place the cookies in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden.
