Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, oatmeal, tomato sauce, eggs, onion, salt, and pepper.

Grease well a 5 1/2 cup ring mold. Optionally line with bacon strips. Pack the meat mixture in firmly
Step 4
Bake 40-45 minutes
Step 5
Let stand 5 minutes
Step 6
Drain off excess grease, and then cover with an inverted serving platter.
Step 7
Invert the covered ring with platter. Remove ring. Things should now be right side up and on the platter
Step 8
Garnish with Cheese slices and serve
