Step 1
Press the 'Power' button, select the 'Preheat' function, set the temperature to 325°F. Press the 'Start' button to preheat the oven.

Spray the 9-inch spring pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

Place the chopped chocolate and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave on high in 30-second increments, stirring until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Let the mixture cool at room temperature for 5 minutes.

Add the egg, sugar, vanilla extract and salt in a large bowl and stir them. Stir them with a stirrer at high speed for 3-4 minutes until the mixture is white, frothy and almost doubled in volume.

Pour the egg liquid into the melted chocolate. Gently fold with a rubber spatula until the butter is smooth and no yellow streaks of egg remain.

Pour the butter into the prepared spring form pan.

After the end of the preheat prompt, press the 'Power' button, select the 'Cake' function, set the temperature to 325°F and the time to 35 minutes, press the 'Start' button.
