Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix the oil, seasoning, vinegar, lemon juice, paprika and some pepper together in a bowl.
Step 2
Spoon some mix over potatoes and veg and bake for 15 mins
Step 3
Place the fillets in foil and spoon over the rest of the mix, bake for 10 more mins
