Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease an 8" square or a 9" round baking dish. Set aside.
Step 2
In a medium bowl stir together cornmeal, flour, baking powder and salt.

In a small bowl whisk together the milk, eggs, butter, and sugar.
Step 4
Add the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until just moistened.
Step 5
Add corn
Step 6
Pour into prepared pan. Bake for about 20 mins or until the edges are golden brown.
Step 7
Let cool slightly then serve it warm.
