Instructions

Step 1
Mix separately in two bowls your wet and dry ingredients keeping them separate. leaving out your flax egg. That will be added in last.
Step 2
slowly pour your wet ingredients into your dry mixing to combine. Once your flax egg is nice and thick go ahead and mix that in.
Step 3
once you have a nice dough, place it onto a floured work surface and using a bench scraper or knife cut the scones into your triangle shapes ( see video ).
Step 4
Press each piece into some crystal sugar and then place the scones onto a greased baking tray.
Step 5
Bake at 350 for 20. Rotating at 10 min to get even baking on both sides of the tray.
Step 6
Drizzle with a little glaze and sprinkle on some fresh lavender.
