Instructions

For the crust

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C

Cut the butter into small pieces, add flour and salt and mix with your hands into crumbs. Add water when well-combined.

Roll into a big ball. If soft, let sit in the fridge while you prepare the filling.

Press dough out onto a baking plate and dab small holes with a fork.

Bake for 5 minutes.

For the filling

Beat eggs, combine other ingredients
Step 7
Pour into crust

Bake for 30 minutes at 200C
