Instructions

Step 1
Place the flour, yeast, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar in a deep bowl and mix until combined. Add the melted creamed butter, egg and sunflower oil. Mix everything again until combined and add the milk little by little. Knead together for about 10 to 15 minutes to form a nice cohesive dough. Add additional 10 ml of sunflower oil at the end, knead together for a minute.
Step 2
Cover and let rise in a warm place for an hour or until doubled in size.
Step 3
Mix the brown caster sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon powder together with the melted cream butter. Divide and spread the mixture over the dough.
Step 4
Dump the dough onto a floured work surface and roll out the dough into a rectangular piece (30 by 40 cm). Spread some cream butter on it. Add the remaining butter to the cinnamon mix, mix together until combined and spread it over the dough. Roll in the dough and cut into 12 pieces. Place the rolls in a greased baking pan and let it rise for half an hour in a warm place.
Step 5
Put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes.
