Instructions
Step 1
To make sauce, add orange juice, marmalade, soy, garlic, ginger, salt, & pepper to saucepan and whisk. Cook sauce down in saucepan, then dry thighs well, or add cornstarch slurry with brown sugar to thicken sauce more, as needed.
Step 2
Place thinly sliced onions into bowl of slow cooker. Top with two boneless, skinless chicken thighs; pour orange sauce over top.
Step 3
Cook chicken HIGH 3 hR. or LOW for 6 hr.
Step 4
Top with green onion and sesame seeds
Step 5
Add crushed red pepper for spice.
