Step 1
Heat oven to 170°C

Step 2
Mix 2 tbs flaxseed flour and 6 tbs luke warm water or use 1-2 eggs.

Step 3
Mix avocado and brown sugar.

Step 4
Add flaxseed/eggs and then the rest of the ingredients
Step 5
Put in a xcm buttered up pan. Sprinkle with chopped almonds (or other nuts). Cook for 20-30min. Taste even better the next day.
