2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese

7 ½ cupsbell pepper
sliced

8 Tbspjalapeno peppers

2 Tbspgarlic

1 Tbspcumin

2 Tbsporegano

1 Tbsppaprika

½ Tbspcrushed red pepper

20Burrito tortillas

3 ½ cupspotatoes
finely diced

2 Tbspchilli powder

1 tspmarjoram

12egg whites

2.5 lblean ground turkey

½ cupmaple syrup
Instructions
Step 1
1. Scramble eggs in large pot. Transfer eggs to mixing bowl. 2. Oil pot, add garlic and spices, mix till fragrant. Add pepper onion mix. Once cooked thoroughly decant any excess fluid and mix in jalapeno peppers. Add to mixing bowl with eggs. 3. Cook sausage. Add to mixing bowl.
Warm diced potatoes (if frozen) and add to mixing bowl with queso and cheese (reduce cheese quantity per preference). 4. Mix thoroughly! 5. Form burritos, approx one cup of filling per tortilla. 6. Freeze immediately.
