Instructions

Step 1
Wash chicken and pat dry. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Step 2
Heat Grapeseed oil in a non-stick pan on medium-high heat. Place chicken in pan and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping every few minutes.
Step 3
Turn heat to medium-low and add ketchup, onion, tomato, brown sugar, and chicken broth to pan. Let cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add instant gravy mix to open spaces in the pan and mix to solidify the gravy.
