Ingredients

For the Chicken
5chicken legs

2 Tbspgrapeseed oil
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
2 tsppaprika
½ tspSazon
2 tsponion powder
2 tspgarlic powder
For the Gravy
Instructions
For the Chicken
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2
Mix seasonings together to create a rub for the chicken.
Step 3
Coat lasagna pan with grapeseed oil. Add chicken to lasagna pan and spread rub onto chicken. Season well.
Step 4
Cook chicken in over for 45, flipping the chicken at 25 minutes.
For the Gravy
Step 5
Heat grapeseed oil in a large skillet at medium heat. Dice onions and tomatoes.
Step 6
Saaute onions until soft. Then add tomatoes and cook for one more minute.
Step 7
Add chicken broth, seasoning, and ketchup. Mix well. Then add chicken and cook on simmer for about 15 minutes.
Step 8
Sprinkle gravy mix into the broth and mix well. Add until you get the consistency you desire.
